How to Shop

Shopping at KelloggsCerealCity.com is convenient, fast and easy. Just follow these easy steps:
1. Click on any category (i.e. Clothing, Toys, etc.) to see an overview of the products for that category. From there you can click on any product name or image to go directly to that product's page - or - click on a sub-category on the left to refine the product listing.
2. You can go directly to any category at any time from the links located at the bottom of each page.
3. When you find an item you would like to purchase, just click the "Add To Basket" button on the individual product page. If you would like to buy more than one, enter the desired quantity in the "Quantity" box.
4. The first time that you add an item to your basket, you will be taken to the shipping page to choose your shipping options. You only need to choose your shipping option once for each visit to our store. You can change your shipping options at any time before you place your order by following the link on the Shopping Basket page.
5. The item will then be automatically placed in your shopping basket.
6. At any time you can modify the selections in you shopping basket by clicking the "Modify Basket" link on the Shopping Basket page. From the Modify Basket page, enter the new desired quantity in the quantity column of your basket. To remove an item, just enter "0" for the quantity. When you're finished click the "Modify Cart" button to implement your changes.
7. When you're done shopping and have everything you want to order in your shopping basket, click on the "Check Out" link (on the Shopping Basket page).
8. There are two methods to complete your order at KelloggsCerealCity.com
         1. Secure Online Ordering
This option allows you to complete your order immediately online with a Credit or Debit card. Just complete the form provided and we will receive your order right away. You'll be given an Order Number and receive a detailed receipt via email. Please note KelloggsCerealCity.com will not accept online orders from individuals under the age of 18. For more information about our security features see the Privacy/Security page.
        2. Offline Ordering
If you would prefer to complete your order by faxing, mailing, or calling it in, choose this option. Just enter your email address and all the order information will be sent to you to complete and send in at your leisure.

KelloggsCerealCity.com accepts the following as forms of payment:
Debit and Credit Cards: MasterCard and VISA
Credit Cards: American Express and Discover

Shipping & Handling

KelloggsCerealCity.com will ship orders consisting of in-stock merchandise within 10 business days. We will make every effort to ship your entire order together. However, in some cases, items ordered together will need to be shipped separately. If we are unable to ship your order within 10 business days, or if an item is out-of-stock, we will notify you by e-mail or US mail of any item that cannot be shipped within 30 days. At that time you will be given the option to cancel your order. An item will not be charged to your account until shipped.

NEED IT IN A HURRY? Call our Customer Service manager at 1-800-970-7020, 10 am to 2 pm EST. Orders received by 12 noon EST will be shipped on the next shipping day via Federal Express Priority delivery. A $15.00 handling fee will be assessed in addition to the overnight delivery charge to each separate shipment. Some extra heavy or bulk items may not qualify for Rush Delivery.   

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from KelloggsCerealCity.com are made pursuant to a shipping contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Minimum Order & Sales Tax

There is no minimum order for purchases at KelloggsCerealCity.com. We are required to collect sales tax for orders shipped to Michigan residents only. This tax will be calculated during the ordering process.

Confirming or Changing Your Order

Upon completion of your order you will receive a summary of your order via email and an Order Identification Number. Please save your Order Identification Number and refer to it if you need to contact a Customer Support Representative. KelloggsCerealCity.com will process your order within a few business days. If you find that there is an error in your order, please notify us immediately by sending an e-mail to: info@KelloggsCerealCity.com. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However, if the order has already been processed and fulfilled, we will be unable to change any portion of it.

Returns and Exchanges

For a prompt refund or credit, securely wrap the item(s) you wish to return and ship the item(s) back to us. The customer is responsible for any shipping charges incurred for returns. Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable. For your protection, prepay the shipment, insure all returns and send them to:

Price, Payments & Order Acceptance

The customer agrees to pay all incurred charges, including applicable shipping, handling and taxes in accordance with billing terms in effect at the time of the sale.
